CLASS DESCRIPTION: Explore the vertical world on aerial rope feeling confident and comfortable in the air.
After warm-up, the lesson will focus on transitioning fluidly from the ground to the sky and back down again, utilizing efficient climbing rules while harnessing momentum and breath. Class concludes with various conditioning skills.
Beginners start off with inversions, basic postures, locks and wraps. Intermediate students build upon this corporal information by adding multi-directional drops, duets, and sequencing with dramatic intent.
