:: Kiebpoli's Aerial Class ::
Explore the vertical world on aerial ropes and silks feeling confidant and comfortable in the air. This class will focus on transitioning fluidly from the ground to the sky and back down again, utilizing efficient climbing rules and harnessing momentum and breath. Beginners start off with inversions, basic postures, locks and wraps. Intermediate students build upon this corporal information by adding multi-directional drops, duets, and sequencing with dramatic intent.
You will learn about your airborne self in a nurturing, fun environment. Students appreciate Kiebpoli for her detailed understanding of the human body and clear constructive feedback. She is both encouraging and precise, explaining the necessary steps for each progression of movements and using her wise judgement to allow students to work at their own pace.
